Submitting your schedule is simple. Log in to your caregiver account and select the “Availability” Tab. In order to send bookings that are the best fit for you we ask for schedules to be updated each week for at least 2 weeks out.
We recommend inputting your schedule on a computer so you can see the whole week view but using your phone works too! In addition to your daily availability, you can input up top how many total hours you’d like to work with Poppy for that week.
To update the day and time, move the block to whichever hours you’re available or unavailable. We’ll do our best to send you requests during your available times. You might sometimes get requests on times you’ve marked unavailable if one of your favorite families requests a booking.
Updating your schedule is the one of the most important things to maintain while working with Poppy so try to log in each Wednesday to get it done.
