You will receive booking requests directly to your phone as a text message. In that text there is a link that takes you directly to the booking request details in your account. The booking request includes additional information about the request including the date, time, number of children and address.
From that screen you are able to select the “Accept” or “No Thanks” for the booking request.
When you click accept the confirmation goes directly to the parents so please be sure that you are able to commit to the booking before clicking accept.
Sometimes you’ll receive a text and there will be no requests in your account. This just means that something has changed with the booking; parents canceled, another Poppy picked it up or it is no longer a good fit with your availability.
