Here’s how it works.
1. Go to the Referrals page in your account where you’ll find your unique referral code
2. Think of which friends are a good Poppy fit - at least 2 years of childcare experience, lives in Seattle, willing to work at least 10 hours a week, passionate about working with kids, amazing communicator, excited to be part of the dynamic Poppy team and responsible… you know, like you! Send your unique code these friends via text, email, What’sApp - whatever’s easiest.
3. If your referral successfully goes through the application process and becomes a Poppy caregiver you’ll earn $40 after they complete 5 bookings.
Referral bonus payouts will be tracked by Poppy and made monthly to your account linked to Stripe.
