All the feedback comes directly to Poppy HQ. We use the feedback to improve your matches and prioritize your favorite Poppies for future requests.
If there are messages of appreciation or gratitude, we share those with caregivers (they're always appreciated!).
We do not share any critical comments directly with caregivers to maintain families' anonymity. When we notice patterns in a caregiver's behavior, i.e. multiple families mention similar issues, we address them with the caregiver to track to ensure improvement.
